Welcome to Ageless MoBility’s 10 day Back Pain Relief program! Thank you for joining me, I promise you won’t be disappointed at the end. Things for you to note before starting this program:
-The GOAL is less back pain, more mobility, flexibility and strength in your back
-Each day the exercises increase in difficulty
-Items you’ll need for the program: yoga mat, foam roller, chair, 5 or 10 pound weight, resistance band (optional)
-Please consult a doctor FIRST if you have any extreme back injuries
-Go at your own pace, you’ve got it!
